Please note that all SEO work at Digicorns Technologies is performed manually to ensure the best results and avoid any penalties that could be caused by machine-generated involvement in key SEO activities. Therefore, we DO NOT offer refunds or money-back guarantees. This is a common practice among responsible and professional interactive marketing companies.

This policy is also due to the fact that the behavior of search engine algorithms and changes in their ranking criteria are beyond our control. What we guarantee is that your website will be optimized in compliance with the latest search engine optimization policies. Digicorns Technologies stays up to date with the latest developments, using only “white hat” techniques. Combined with our expertise and hard work, this approach will eventually lead to a noticeable increase in your site’s rankings and traffic.

Digicorns Technologies provides exceptional Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services to its clients. We strive to keep our prices competitive. The nature of SEO is unpredictable and therefore cannot be guaranteed in any way. Any SEO company that guarantees the 1st position on Google or other search engines is not being entirely honest with its clients.

At Digicorns Technologies, we strive to be honest and transparent with our clients, abiding by strict confidentiality. We will be completely upfront with you and do everything within our power to satisfy you. We NEVER disclose proprietary or personal/business information to others and will only disclose names where permission was granted beforehand (e.g., testimonials).

We guarantee that our SEO services will be among the best and adhere to the most current standards as dictated by the major search engines. We aim to provide an exceptional experience that stands out among service providers.

Digicorns Technologies does not require long-term contracts with its clients. However, service contracts may be extended upon client request. The month of SEO services you purchase from Digicorns Technologies is billed in advance.

Month-to-month clients cannot cancel SEO services mid-month. At no time will any part of the current month’s SEO funds be refunded. If you are not completely satisfied, you may cancel your services with a written notice 30 days in advance. If you are unhappy with our SEO services for any reason, please contact us so we can address the issue.

As part of our commitment to giving our clients the highest caliber of service, we have implemented a thoughtful cancellation and refund policy.

Every project we plan is broken down into milestones.

Every project starts with a thorough research, analysis, and documenting the scope of work. This reduces the possibility of project cancellations, reversals, or disagreements by ensuring that all parties fully comprehend the work that needs to be done.

Work that has already been done cannot be refunded because time is needed to reach each milestone and finish each module.

All finished work belongs to the client, and any money paid for additional development will be voided if a project is mutually discontinued. There would be no refund for any prior deposits or payments.

Once the client approves the mock-up designs and the project enters the development phase, there will be no refund.

Projects that are halfway through a milestone phase are not eligible for partial refunds.

For services that our marketing team has provided on special occasions, cancellations are not accepted. These are limited-time deals that cannot be canceled.

Although there are no refunds for SEO and digital marketing services instantly, clients may cancel with 30 days’ written notice.

For projects that are canceled or remain unfinished for longer than 30 days, we are unable to issue refunds for deposits or payments.

Hosting services are charged on a yearly (annual) basis. Cancellation of hosting services is allowed; however, if the service is cancelled mid-year or before the completion of the annual term, no refund will be credited for the remaining period. All hosting charges are non-refundable, regardless of usage or time of cancellation. By purchasing our hosting services, the client agrees to this policy.
