Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

As part of our commitment to giving our clients the highest caliber of service, we have implemented a thoughtful cancellation and refund policy.

Every project we plan is broken down into milestones.

Every project starts with a thorough research, analysis, and documenting the scope of work. This reduces the possibility of project cancellations, reversals, or disagreements by ensuring that all parties fully comprehend the work that needs to be done.

Work that has already been done cannot be refunded because time is needed to reach each milestone and finish each module.

All finished work belongs to the client, and any money paid for additional development will be voided if a project is mutually discontinued. There would be no refund for any prior deposits or payments.

Once the client approves the mock-up designs and the project enters the development phase, there will be no refund.

Projects that are halfway through a milestone phase are not eligible for partial refunds.

For services that our marketing team has provided on special occasions, cancellations are not accepted. These are limited-time deals that cannot be canceled.

Although there are no refunds for SEO and digital marketing services instantly, clients may cancel with 30 days’ written notice.

For projects that are canceled or remain unfinished for longer than 30 days, we are unable to issue refunds for deposits or payments.
